What is Fotona laser?
Fotona is a medical laser platform combining two complementary wavelengths: Nd:YAG, which works in depth, and Er:YAG, which works on the skin surface. Settings are adapted precisely to your skin and skin type.
The Fotona 4D protocol combines four treatment modes in a single session, working inside the mouth, on deep tissues and on the skin surface, for a gradual and natural tightening effect.

Loss of jawline definition, loss of firmness, fine lines and folds: controlled heat stimulates collagen production and the skin firms up over the following weeks.
Pigmentation

Precautions

Is Fotona laser painful?
Most patients describe a feeling of warmth and tingling that is well tolerated. Depending on the treatment, an anaesthetic cream may be applied.
How many Fotona 4D sessions are needed?
Usually 2 to 4 sessions, 3 to 4 weeks apart, then maintenance depending on the results. The exact number is defined during the consultation.
Is Fotona suitable for darker skin?
Settings are adapted to each skin type. The Nd:YAG wavelength is particularly suited to olive and darker skin, common in Morocco. The indication is always confirmed during the consultation.
When will I see results?
A glow is often visible quickly. Firming linked to new collagen develops gradually over 2 to 3 months. Results vary from one person to another.
